A Wellness Girl's Guide to Paris

We are huge fans of Paris here at GLO HQ. We’re giving you the ultimate Paris travel guide, curated by team GLO From Pilates & matchas to the boujee spa - here’s your ultimate GLO guide to our recommendations & must-visits in the city.

1. The Wellness Hotspot: Burning Bar

With a range of classes from barre to pilates, from yoga to meditation and cardio, all heated to 35 degrees by infrared, this boujee spot located not far from the Arc de Triomphe in the 16th arrondissement, was Molly’s dream (we all know she LOVES the infrared). This spot is not for the faint hearted, expect a sweaty workout and be ready to feel the burn (no pun intended) the next day. This will be one of our go-to’s when we visit Paris and it’s a must for all the GLO girls who want to try something a little spicier than the traditional classes.

2. The Place For Matcha: Wild & The Moon

After months of Grace going on about how great the matcha is here, Molly finally got to try it this trip (and it did NOT disappoint)! An all-vegan spot, Wild & The Moon is a great spot for healthy treats (sweet and savoury), with beautiful aesthetics to match. We also love their “Better Than Botox” cold-pressed juice that is packed full of things that our skin LOVES with a “smashed cookie” to keep us going until the Eurostar home.

3. The Beauty Spaceship: Facestellar

We're all about our skin feeling brighter, lifted and more relaxed. Facestellar offers new, unique and revolutionary facials to achieve the best version of yourself. Who doesn't want that? With locations in Paris and London, the treatments are non-invasive (which we love) and such a vibe. I left my ZEN facial feeling firmer, de-puffed and glowing.

4. The Brunch Spot: Judy

This spot has two locations in Paris and is honestly just SO GOOD. Serving organic, gluten-free & vegan options, Judy is the perfect spot for your brunch when in the city. Their juices & acai bowls are a MUST, and we couldn’t leave without one of their cinnamon rolls and banana breads (toasted with almond butter, I mean need we say more!)

5. The Supplement We're Bringing Home: Glowery

GLO in the name and all about collagen, talk about being TOTALLY made for us here at GLO. Glowery is an 100% natural marine collagen supplement brand that offers two types: the first is “Glow At Home” which contains both type 1 + type 3 peptides (great for your skin), while their “Sports+” version focuses on type 1 peptides to help relieve joint pain and speed up muscle recovery. What’s more, you can get each of them as travel versions - SO handy!

6. The Boujee Spa: Dior Spa

OK, so this is BOUJEE AF but we feel that the Dior Spa needs to feature on the city guide. This is where indulgence truly meets sophistication - it is one of those places that immediately makes you feel calm and each treatment is meticulously crafted to rejuvenate your body, skin and let’s be honest your mind too! If you’re travelling to Paris for a special occasion, definitely add this to your list! Did we also mention that they are now stocking the GLO teams favourite ARRAE?! Just another reason to visit!

7. The Collagen Café: 48 Collagen Café

Yes, more collagen but this time it’s a café and GOD we need one of these in London. Located on Rue Lafayette, - and one that combines health, taste, and aesthetics in one boujee package. As the name suggests, collagen is the star ingredient here and each item on the café's menu, from the visually enchanting Collagen Lattes to the rejuvenating Hydrogenated Water, is testament to how easy it is to incorporate into our everyday!

8. The One-Stop Beauty Shop: Oh My Cream

We are already obsessed with this store in London and so to go to the original was such a treat! Nestled in the heart of Paris, Oh My Cream offers a curated selection of natural, clean skincare and beauty products that are as luxurious as they are effective. From cult favourite French brands to emerging international gems, every item on their shelves is meticulously chosen to cater to every skincare need. We love that they select products that combine the best of science and nature together - you can shop there with full confidence that their products are genuinely tried, tested and FAB.
