1. Good Day Pilates


A modern Pilates studio in Soho, New York. All classes are designed by Physical Therapists. These classes are small with group sessions having a maximum of 6 participants, so it’s perfect for those who want to focus on their technique & form. The studio is gorgeous and a great opportunity for the insta-worthy snaps - it’s ticking ALL the boxes from us here at GLO


2. Solid Core


This high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer will get you shaking in the first 5 minutes. With the lights down and music up, it’s a total vibe but not for the fainthearted. Overall, a proper rewarding workout with great tunes and great instructors.

3. Core Culture


We totally fell in love with this venue - a Reformer Pilates studio in SoHo with 8 beds, so the teacher was able to come around and correct our moves & form throughout the class. The space was super aesthetic & the session was tough, without being sweaty & leaving us feeling broken. We’ll be coming back here when we are next in NYC!

4. SLT


This 50-minute, muscle-quivering, heart-pumping, total body workout was a VIBE and was one of our favourite workout classes in the city for sure. We visited the NoHo location, which only recently opened. We felt the shakes during this workout and were sore the next day. The instructor was super attentive to form and gave you variations depending on your ability.

5. New York Pilates


One of the most well-known pilates spots in NYC. with VOGUE referring to them as “Fashion's favourite Pilates studio” New York Pilates have over 500 classes a week, 8 locations and 13 studios - with locations in West Village, Bowery, SoHo, and soon Flatiron, you’re sure to find a spot that works for you.
